- Non-refundable $245 move out cleaning/reservation fee.

- Bathroom amenities: Soap dispenser, shower curtain, waste basket, Kleenex holder, washcloths, bath and hand towels, etc.
- Bedroom amenities: Alarm clock, dresser with mirror, nightstand, wall decor, Queen size pillow-top mattress, >400-count cotton sheets, clocks, 2 pillows and 2 sham pillows, comforter and bed skirt.
- Cleaning supplies: Vacuum, mop and bucket, broom and dust pan, etc.
- Additional features: Ceramic tile in kitchen and entrance, security-fenced backyards.

There’s no reason to buy furniture when you’re only living in a home temporarily! We take care of furnishings, ensuring every room is comfortable and cozy, and that you’re never without a way to unwind after a long day. Our furnishings include:
